If you set the system to calculate the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio to EWMA and not Rolling average, you may notice discrepancies between the load values displayed on the dashboard and those exported as CSV/Excel.
This is normal.
Exponentially Weighted Moving Average does not evenly weight load values. This is because the EWMA adjustment factor has been applied on each day’s load. With EWMA, the further the day, the less it loads in the final calculation (see below).
Switching ACWR calculations to rolling average will eliminate this discrepancy.
